Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g ground pork or chicken
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger fresh or powdered
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: sweet chili sauce sriracha, crispy wonton strips

Method
 

  1. Cook the Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, heat the sesame oil. Cook until browned after adding the chicken or ground pork.
  2. Add Flavours: Mix in rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. To blend the tastes, thoroughly mix.
  3. Add the vegetables: Add the green onions, carrots, and shredded cabbage. Cook until slightly softened but still crunchy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Put the tacos together: Use a pan or microwave to reheat the tortillas. Place the filling onto each tortilla using a spoon.

  5. Include the toppings: Drizzle with Sriracha or sweet chilli sauce. Sprinkle crispy wonton strips for added crunch.
