Step 1: Cook the Filling
Add the sesame oil to a large skillet that has been heated to medium heat.
Add your preferred meat, such as ground pork, and heat until browned.
Add the ginger and garlic and simmer for one minute until fragrant.
Add the carrots, soy sauce, and shredded cabbage.
Stir-fry the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes, or until they are soft but still have some crunch.
Add chopped green onions, salt, pepper, and rice vinegar. Stir thoroughly and reserve.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
Mix the rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and chilli flakes or Sriracha in a small bowl.
Serve this sauce on the side or drizzle it over the filling.
Step 3: Assemble the Tacos
The tortillas can be warmed for a few seconds in a microwave or dry pan.
Top each tortilla with a spoonful of the egg roll filling.
Add sesame seeds and green onions as garnish.
Serve right away with more Sriracha or dipping sauce.
