Step 1: Make the Mango Puree Cut the ripe mango into small cubes after peeling it.
Put the mango chunks and ½ cup of cold water (or soda) in a blender and process until smooth.
Strain the mango puree through a fine sieve to get rid of the fibres if you want a smoother consistency.
Keep it cold while you prepare the remainder of the ingredients.
Step 2: Prepare the Warm Honey Blend
Combine 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 1½ teaspoons of hot honey in a small bowl.
Mix thoroughly until incorporated.
(If you do not have premade hot honey, you may make your own by combining 1½ tablespoons honey with a few drops of hot sauce or ¼ teaspoon of chili flakes.)
Put this combination aside; it will give your mocktail a touch of sweetness and heat.
Step 3: Mix and Blend
Put the mango puree, hot honey-lime mixture, and a few mint leaves in a shaker or blender.
Blend or shake until all the Flavors combine.
If you want it sweeter, add more honey; if you want it tangier, add more lime juice. Taste and adjust the balance.
Step 4: Get the glasses ready
Each serving glass should have a lime wedge rubbed around the rim.
For a spicy-salty edge, dip the rim into a mixture of salt and chili powder (optional but highly recommended).
Add ice cubes to each glass halfway.
Step 5: Assemble the Mocktail
Halfway up the glass, pour the mango-hot honey concoction.
For a fizzy finish, pour sparkling water or club soda over the top.
To combine the layers a bit while preserving the bubbles, gently stir.
Add a mango slice, a sprig of mint, and a little hot honey as garnish.
For an eye-catching appearance, add a pinch of chili flakes.
Step 6: Serve and Enjoy
Serve immediately, bubbly, and cold. Enjoy the Flavors as they develop, starting with the sweetness of the mango and ending with a mild, lingering heat from the hot honey.
Enjoy this mocktail on a sunny afternoon, at a picnic, or as a sophisticated party beverage that will be the talk of the town!
