Method
- Oven Prep: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Get the peppers ready: Before removing the seeds, wash the tiny peppers and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Season: the pepper halves by drizzling them with olive oil and adding salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stuff: Add mozzarella cheese to the inside of each pepper half. On top, scatter herbs or Italian seasoning.

- Bake: Bake the stuffed peppers by placing them on a parchment paper-lined baking pan. The cheese should melt and turn a light golden colour after 10 to 12 minutes of baking.
- Garnish & Serve: Serve warm after taking it out of the oven and garnishing it with chilli flakes or fresh parsley.
