Method
- Step 1: Prepare the Mango Base
- Peel and cut the mango into little pieces if it's fresh. In a blender, purée the mango chunks until they are thick and smooth. You may aid the blending process by adding 1-2 teaspoons of cold water if you like a thinner texture.

- Make sure the store-bought mango pulp is unsweetened before using it, and then adjust the sweetness to your liking.
- Step 2: Mix the Flavours
- The mango puree, lime juice, honey or sugar syrup, red chilli powder, and chat masala should all be combined in a mixing basin or jug. Until all the components are properly combined and the mixture is smooth, give it a good stir or whisk. This is the main ingredient in your mocktail—a flavourful mango-spice concentrate.
- A sprinkle of fresh ginger juice can enhance the flavour’s richness and give you an extra zing if you want. It complements the mango's sweetness well.
- Step 3: Rim the Glasses
- Rim your glasses with a combination of salt and chilli to add a professional touch to your mocktail.
- Each serving glass's rim should be rubbed with a lime wedge.
- Dip the rim into a shallow dish that has been seasoned with red chilli powder and salt.
- This little procedure gives every drink an additional layer of taste and aesthetic appeal.
- Step 4: Assemble the Mocktail
- Add ice cubes to each glass halfway. Fill the glass two-thirds of the way to the top with the prepared mango-spice combination. After that, gradually fill it up with club soda or cold sparkling water.

- To keep the fizz intact, gently whisk everything together with a large spoon. The beverage should have a golden-yellow appearance with bubbles that are enticing and tropical.
- Step 5: Present and Garnish
- Add a lime wedge to the rim, a mango slice, and a mint sprig as garnish. You may also add a pinch of chilli powder on top for a visually arresting effect.
- With a straw or stirrer, serve right away, and savour the balance of tart lime, sweet mango, and a hint of spice with each sip.
