Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F, or 190°C.
Prepare Peppers: Get the peppers ready: Mini peppers should be cleaned, cut lengthwise, and seeded.
Make the Filling: Prepare the filling. Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, herbs, garlic powder, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Fill the peppers: Using a spoon, pour the creamy mixture into each side of the pepper.
Bake: Put the filled peppers on a baking tray that has been prepared, brush them with a little olive oil, and bake them for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted.
Serve: Top with chilli flakes or fresh parsley and serve hot.
