That “alfredo-sauce-recipies” link on The Dinner Recipe is essentially a hub that leads you to their two main Alfredo options: a vegan cauliflower Alfredo and a classic rich garlic Alfredo.

    Vegan cauliflower Alfredo

This version uses cooked cauliflower blended with garlic, vegetable stock or plant milk, olive oil, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a smooth, dairy‑free sauce that tastes creamy and slightly “cheesy.” It is warmed in a pan and tossed with hot pasta or vegetables like any standard Alfredo sauce.

    Classic creamy garlic Alfredo

The classic recipe builds a traditional sauce from butter and heavy cream, with plenty of grated Parmesan stirred in off the heat for body and flavor. Garlic, salt, pepper, and sometimes Italian seasoning or nutmeg finish it, and the sauce is used to coat cooked pasta or in baked pasta dishes.
